If your a race fan, then I’m sure you know the difference between a race on a 2 mile long track and one on a 1/2 mile long track. The bumping and racing that goes on during a short track race cannot be beat. It is so much fun to watch, and something exciting can happen an nearly any corner or straightaway on the track.
Short track racing is definitely not the smoothest of races. Bumpers can fly off, tires can go flat and the pure excitement you feel as the car is racing by is something that just cannot be matched.
For some people, the excitement can take years off of your life. The fans of racing just simply cannot be beat. They are the most exciting to watch and the most unique as well.
Tailgating is a must when at any type of race. You can get ready for the game by eating hamburgers and having a cold beer before going into the track.
What ever the case may be, you must go see a race in person at least once. That is the only way to find out if it is your “cup of tea.” Watching a race on TV, just simply does not do it justice. feeling the vibration of the cars as they go by is something you have to experience.
Make your plans and head out to the closest racetrack you can find, but if you happen to be near a short track, you are in for a great treat.
